A simple way to clean Gemini images and videos
Unmark is a freemium utility app for removing watermarks from Gemini images and videos. It is made for cleaning the visible Gemini sparkle from AI-generated media, while also giving you a separate tool for removing image backgrounds. You only need to upload your media, let it process, then download it.
For occasional edits, you can use Unmark without turning the process into a bigger job. It also has tools for people handling more files at once. Much like Dewatermark, it brings media cleanup into the browser, but its watermark removal is specifically geared toward Gemini images and videos.
From quick image fixes to bigger media tasks
If all you need is a clean Gemini image, Unmark keeps the process pretty short. Upload a PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP file through Instant, let it remove the visible sparkle, and download the result at its original resolution. You do not need an account for this mode, which makes it handy when you only have one image to fix and do not want another service tied to your account.
For bigger batches, though, the premium Cloud mode is where things get more useful. It handles MP4, MOV, WebM, and M4V videos and removes the Gemini or Veo mark from every frame. Your files are saved in the Library, so you can leave the page while a job runs, and an email can tell you when it is ready. Here, you can also process batches of still images.
Furthermore, the background removal tool can turn PNG, JPG, or WebP images into transparent PNG cutouts, which can work well for products, portraits, or other AI-generated subjects. One important limitation, though, is that watermark removal is specifically for Gemini images and Veo videos, not general images from other sources. The app is also still in early access, with some features being developed, including Nano Banana integration.
Built for Gemini and Veo media
Unmark makes the most sense if Gemini or Veo is already part of your regular workflow. The Instant mode is enough for occasional image cleanup, while the subscription-based Cloud mode gives you video processing, bulk jobs, Library storage, and email notifications. The background remover adds some extra value, but the Gemini-only watermark support and early-access status mean it is still a fairly focused tool rather than a general media editor.
